Gay Milligin is the owner and broker of Gay Milligin & Company. She started in real estate sales in Santa Barbara over twenty years ago, after receiving a B.A. in Home Economics & Science at UCSB, and teaching in the Santa Barbara and Ventura High School Districts for years. Diane Elsner was born in Los Angeles and raised there and in Hawaii. A Santa Barbara resident since 1998, she is a plein air artist who is serving her 9th year on the Board of Directors for I Madonnari, Santa Barbara's Italian Street Painting Festival. Diane attended Waldorf School until she entered High School, at which time she pursued theatre-another artistic passion. Along with her family, Diane loves traveling whether it is in Europe for the incredible art, or to the tropics for warm water and tranquility. Before meeting her husband, she was a flight attendant for United Airlines, giving her an opportunity for great travel. David and Linda Perry have been a team since 1974. After raising three children, their next project was in the world of media. They are best known in the community from the days when they were part owners and managers of the Criterion Media Group including radio stations 99.9 FM KTYD, 101.7 FM K-LITE, 990 AM KTMS, and 107.7 FM KIST.
