Gay Milligin is the owner and broker of Gay Milligin & Company. She started in real estate sales in Santa Barbara over twenty years ago, after receiving a B.A. in Home Economics & Science at UCSB, and teaching in the Santa Barbara and Ventura High School Districts for years. Annie Burwell was raised in Pacific Palisades, California and became a permanent resident of Santa Barbara in 1991. She graduated from UCSB in 1997. Following college Annie worked in the fashion industry as lead buyer and manager of a well known clothing boutique (can we say what it actually is?). Wendy Gronsky graduated from UCSB in 1981. Loving Santa Barbara, she and her family moved here in 1994 and bought Debbie’s Delights Wholesale Bakery. Linda Perry’s background is in the world of media. Linda and her husband David are best known in the community from the days when they were part owners and managers of the Criterion Media Group including radio stations 99.9 FM KTYD, 101.7 FM K-LITE, 990 AM KTMS, and 107.7 FM KIST.
